We do not ask for, collect or store any payment card details on this website itself; any online payment you make to confirm a booking is handled by a separate secure payment provider, not by our servers.

We use the details you send us for one purpose: to look after your booking. That means replying to your enquiry, checking availability for the date and package you want, confirming your reservation, and sending you the pickup timing or meeting-point information you need before your tour. Your phone number and email stay with our reservations team and are never sold, rented or handed to a third party for marketing.
