Overview
This is the straightforward version of our evening safari for guests who want the classic camp experience without an added activity built into the schedule. For AED 240 per person, a shared Land Cruiser 4x4 picks you up from your hotel, home or apartment and spends 25-30 minutes bashing the red dunes near Al Awir before rolling into camp as the sky turns orange over the ridge.
Once you're there, the pace slows right down: henna art, a short camel ride, and Arabic tea with sweets while the light fades, followed by an open BBQ buffet once it's fully dark. Three shows run back to back around the fire pit while you eat, and a Land Cruiser has you back at your hotel by roughly 9:30-9:45 PM. Adults 12 and up ride at the full AED 240 rate, children 5-11 pay a reduced rate, and kids aged 2-3 come along free.

What time is pickup and when are we dropped back?
Pickup runs 2:45-3:30 PM from October to March and 3:45-4:30 PM from April to September, timed around sunset. You'll be dropped back at your hotel, home or apartment around 9:30-9:45 PM.
What age can join the Bedouin BBQ dinner safari?
Adults 12 and older pay the full AED 240 rate, children aged 5-11 join at a reduced rate, and little ones aged 2-3 come along free of charge. Just let us know your group's ages when you book so we can quote correctly.
