Overview

This is the private version of our evening desert safari: your own Land Cruiser 4x4 and your own table at the camp, for AED 1400 per vehicle with up to six guests riding together. Nothing here is shared with other bookings — your driver takes only your group out for the 25-30 minute dune bashing run, and your camp table stays reserved for just your party from welcome tea through dessert.

The evening itself follows the same well-tested 16-step format guests love on our shared package: sunset dune bashing, a camel ride, henna painting, an open BBQ buffet and three back-to-back shows — belly dance, fire and Tanura. The difference is pacing and privacy: you set the tone with your driver, skip lining up behind other vehicles at the dunes, and settle into a table that's exclusively yours through dinner and the show. Pickup runs 2:45-3:30 PM with drop-off around 9:30-9:45 PM, and secure online advance payment confirms your booking.

  • Your Land Cruiser is driven by a licensed desert safari professional, exclusively for your own group — no other guests share your vehicle
  • Seatbelts stay on for the full dune bashing stretch; your driver gives a private safety briefing before departure
  • The camel ride and camp activities suit all ages; let us know in advance about mobility needs in your group
  • Vehicle capacity is 6 guests maximum — larger groups can book a second Land Cruiser to travel together

Pickup & meeting point

You're collected from your own hotel, home or apartment anywhere in Dubai or Sharjah in your private Land Cruiser, so there's no separate trip out to Al Awir to arrange. Pickup runs 2:45-3:30 PM, drop-off 9:30-9:45 PM, the same slot for every private booking, and we text to confirm your exact time the afternoon before.

Questions About This Tour

What makes the private evening safari different from the shared packages?

You get your own Land Cruiser 4x4 and your own reserved table at the camp — nothing is shared with other bookings. The 16-step evening itself (dune bashing, camel ride, henna, BBQ buffet, three shows) is the same as our shared packages, just run privately for your group at AED 1400 per vehicle.

How many people can ride in the private Land Cruiser?

Up to six guests share the one Land Cruiser at AED 1400 total. If your group is bigger than six, we can arrange two private vehicles travelling together so nobody is split from the group.

Is the AED 1400 price per person or per vehicle?

It's per vehicle, not per person. AED 1400 covers the Land Cruiser and camp table for your whole group of up to six, so the more people you bring the better the per-person value compared to booking individual seats.

Can we request a different pickup time for the private tour?

Pickup runs 2:45-3:30 PM with drop-off around 9:30-9:45 PM, the same window every private booking uses so the drive reaches the dunes in time for sunset. Message us on WhatsApp if you have a specific request and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do we still get the camel ride, henna and shows on the private package?

Yes, every stop from the reference itinerary is included — camel riding, henna painting, the Arabic tea and sweets welcome, the BBQ buffet, and all three shows (belly dance, fire and Tanura). The only change is that you experience it as your own private group rather than sharing the vehicle and table with strangers.

Can we add the quad bike ride to the private safari?

The quad bike segment isn't part of this private package by default. If you'd like it added, message us on WhatsApp before booking and we'll confirm whether it can be arranged for your private group and at what price.
